Our terms and conditions
- All prices mentioned for accomodation are pr. room – pr. night
- A credit card number or cash deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- We accept: cash, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB and Electron
- In case of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show, one night-stay per room will be charged on your credit card.
- All rooms and public areas are non-smoking. Check-in time is from 14h00 & check-out until 12h00
- No extra accomodation charge for children under the age of 6, when years sharing parents beds. Note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of adults box.
- Pets are allowed upon special request, by agreement with the hotel.
- Exchange rates for information only and payment is due upon arrival.
- Should you wish to change/cancel an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation. This maybe done by visiting our website www.hotelhlid.is
- FORCE MAJEURE. Notwithstanding anything else herein contained to the contrary, Hotel Hlid cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations that are caused by events that are beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil or military authority, acts of terrorism, insurrections, peace or army action, civil commotion, demonstrations, etc.
